The original “21 Jump Street” was a television series about a team of cops that appeared younger than their years, which was a good thing, since their ‘beat’ was high school.  The cast was an ensemble, though the most famous alumnus of the series would have to be Johnny Depp.

The movie version of the series is less of a ensemble cast than Jonah Hill and Tatum Channing seemingly acting like arses for what will probably be two hours or so of forced hilarity, which is why I am surprised that I enjoyed the trailer.
