‘The Avengers’ Footage!
Here’s some footage from “The Avengers.” The angle isn’t great, but it gives you an idea of what you’d be seeing on screen.

The trailer for Neveldine/Taylor’s “Ghost Rider: Sprit of Vengence” is out, and if I do say so it looks pretty cool and builds up some serious good will for those of us that thought that the first film was pretty, and little else. This time around, it feels more geared toward horror, which makes sense […]
Let it be said that I have never been a fan of Dustin Hoffman, as an actor. He tends to have this lazy, slacker vibe (before there was even such a term) that has always irked me. Ironically enough, that’s what made him perfect for John Schlesinger’s “Marathon Man.” He plays Thomas Levy, a man seemingly content living […]
Here’s the trailer for “Underworld: Awakening,” the latest film in the ‘Underworld’ series. In this one, humans (that’s you and me) are–finally–aware of the werewolves and vampires in their midst, and decide to do something about it. Kate Bekinsale is also back, who hasn’t been part of the series since 2006’s “Underworld: Evolution.”
Here’s a picture of Dwayne Johnson (formerly, The Rock) from the upcoming G.I. Joe 2: Retribution. I assume that they’re retributing (I know, it’s not a word) against the villainy of Cobra. Thanks to nerdbastards
According to Deadline, Ridley Scott is going to follow up 1982’s “Blade Runner.” Whether or not the new film is a sequel, prequel or remake is unknown.
Edited 8/18 1250 “The Avengers” is shooting in Ohio, and while I wasn’t there, thankfully someone with a camera was. Here’s some clips courtesy of Aintitcool.com
Here’s some ‘Batwing’ footage from the upcoming “The Dark Knight Rises” (which for some reason I always want to write as ‘Batman Rises.’) It looks like an interesting vehicle, though perhaps a little bit Transformerish (as much as I like to hope that the Transformers shouldn’t be taken as a high-water mark of anything, there […]
Trailers for movies, most of us are accustomed to, but trailers for television shows? Almost unheard of, unless they happen to be quite possibly some of the most remarkable, epic pieces of heartwarming video ever known to Man. Nay, known to the very Universe! Though, if anyone can come by video fitting that description, please […]
Edited 8/17 1752 Here’s the trailer for Chris Evans’ latest, Adam Kassen and Mark Kassen’s “Puncture.” I wonder if there’s some clause in his various movie contracts that he must appear shirtless for at least five minutes per movie. I am not complaining, but I am curious.
