According to cnet, Apple has sold 1 million copies of Lion (Mac OS X 10.7). What’s most amazing about that number is not only that it was released last Wednesday, but for the first time Apple has issued a OS (operating system) that was downloadable via the App Store ( an application that has been built-in to Mac OS X since Snow Leopard).
A hard copy will be made available from Apple on a flash drive for $69, though a bootable disk can be easily made.
