New ‘Men In Black’ Trailer

Here’s the new Barry Sonnenfeld‘s “Men In Black 3” trailer, which I hope is better than MIIB (“Men In Black 2”). That being said, for some strange reason what I want to see most from this film is Josh Brolin channeling Tommy Lee Jones, who also stars in the film.

‘Bloodshot’ Coming To Theaters

It seems that the Holy Grail for studios are to have superhero movies under development, though this is easier for some studios than others.  Marvel Studios is owned by Disney, so they don’t have any problem.  DC Comics is owned by Warner Bros., so they’re good. Though, there are many characters that don’t fall under […]

The Full ‘Avengers’ Trailer Is Here!

The trailer for Marvel Studios’ “The Avengers” is here, and it kicks all kind of arse.  It looks remarkable, and just the thought of such iconic Marvel characters on screen at the same time is the stuff that fanboy dreams are made of. Which is why it’s somewhat ironic that the poster sucks so much […]

What ‘John Carter’ Must Do To Succeed, Part One

The first thing that Disney’s “John Carter” has to do–attract enough viewers to justify its $200 million dollar price tag–is what it probably will have the most trouble doing, which is to appeal to the greatest amount of individuals as possible. This problem came into rather sharp focus when I was watching “The Dark Crystal” […]

David Morrissey is ‘The Governor’

Those of you that read Robert Kirkman’s “The Walking Dead,” know who ‘The Governor’ is (and I don’t mean Arnold Schwarzenegger), and with the Third season of the zombie series he will be played by David Morrissey. He’s the second British actor in the cast, the first being Andrew Lincoln, who plays Sheriff Rick Grimes.

New ‘Wrath of the Titans’ Trailer

Here’s the latest trailer for Jonathan Liebesman‘s “Wrath of the Titans,” though his record (as far as I am concerned) is a bit spotty.  “Darkness Falls” was a good idea hidden in a mediocre film, and “Battle: Los Angeles” was OK, but didn’t show us anything new. The ‘Wrath’ trailers look interesting, but that’s what trailers […]

Latest ‘Brave’ Trailer

“Brave” is the latest film from Pixar, and shows why their work is acknowledged as some of the best computer animation in the business.  Take a look at the scene, now notice that I am not even talking about the story, which seems very character-driven, where Merida shoots her third arrow. It actually appears to […]

L.A. Noir News

According to Vulture, Frank Darabont’s “L.A. Noir” has cast Milo Ventimiglia as the lead. That being said, they still want Jon Bernthal for another role, which isn’t great news for “The Walking Dead” because Frank Darabont is known to really like working with Bernthal.
