Can The Punisher Make It On Netflix?

If you haven’t heard, Netflix last week announced that a spinoff from Marvel’s Daredevil, featuring The Punisher, starring Jon Bernthal, is going straight to series. This is interesting, especially considering the denials from Marvel Television head Jeph Loeb early on.   I enjoyed Frank Castle but I am left with a few questions.
