Spider-Man, as he has been traditionally drawn (which was the basis for his look in the Sam Raimi Spider-Man films) looked like this:

His most recent incarnation, which appears in the Ultimate Spider-Man comic book, looks like this:

According to Yahoo! News, the costume above is black (though it looks blue) and happens to be visually similar to Spider-Man’s costume in Marc Webb’s reboot of the franchise, which looks like this:

Here’s another shot of the same costume.  While it differs from the Ultimates’ version (primarily in its coloration) they are remarkable similar otherwise, even down to the spider logo.
