According to “The Daily Beast,” the current season of”The Simpsons” may be the last.  The series, about a family that excel at dysfunction, has been on the air for 23 seasons. There are some valid reasons that the series should end, one of which is that it’s just a bit long in the tooth.

Another is it’s becoming a bit repetitious, which you have to come to expect for a show that has been on the air for so long.

That being said, I hate that the reason that it may be going off the air is because of money, as opposed to the show just being on way too long.
