2004’s Blade: Trinity was the nadir of the Blade franchise, and while I can’t wait for the relaunch of the character with Mahershala Ali I have to wonder what could have come of the franchise if David Goyer hadn’t effectively killed it.

That being said, having seen a cut scene from the movie I suspect I should be thankful that Trinity was as good as it was–by which I mean it could have been A LOT worse.
