Critics of AMC’s Accounting Practices Won’t Stay ‘Dead’

I should have known.

I thought Frank Darabont was the only person who had problems with AMC’s accounting practices and that’s obviously not the case.

Apparently Robert Kirkman – the creator of The Walking Dead with artist Charlie Adlard – has relaunched his lawsuit against AMC as well, likely spurred on by the $200 million judgement won by Frank Darabont.

Like I wrote recently, imagine how this would have proceeded if Darabont and Kirkman didn’t have the millions necessary to hire lawyers in their defense?

Whichever way this case goes, quality representation shouldn’t be determined by how much money a person has because if it were you or I we would likely not have the resources to challenge a company like AMC.
