I don’t know what to think about this one because it doesn’t look quite like I imagined in my head when I heard about its development a few years ago.  I have never been a fan of Edgar Rice Burroughs, his book “John Carter: Warlord Of Mars” is the basis for the film, though, if the trailer is any indicator, this movie is going to be visually stunning.

I also like that seemingly ‘slower,’ wonder-moments are featured, along with stuff blowing up.

For awhile I wasn’t thinking about seeing anything other than “Horrible Bosses” (which hits way too close to home) and “Captain America,” though now I have to add “John Carter” to that list.
