Then perhaps you know what I feel when I read that Eddie Murphy will be voicing ‘Hong Kong Phooey’ in a live action version of the cartoon.

In case you don’t remember how that is, the intro to the cartoon is below, which I actually enjoyed, particularly Scatman Crothers‘ voice work.

Eddie Murphy is a really good actor, when he’s given the chance, though it’s beyond me why lately he seems to take roles that seemingly don’t challenge him.
