Today’s New York Times has a neat story about creator-owned comics, and the role they play in today’s comic business, even though it mainly deals with Image comics. It also mentions Rob Liefeld, who is bringing Youngblood back.
I hope that he took a few art lessons while he was away because a lot of his early work seems to lack any sense of human anatomy. That being said, I get female anatomy can be difficult because, if you don’t happen to have a lady that’s wiling to strip for you so that you can draw her, it can be somewhat difficult to draw them correctly.
Men, not so much because all you have to do is look in a mirror, and there you are.
