I think I want to see this movie.
While the The Nice Guys looks like a typical Shane Black movie–The Last Boy Scout, The Long Kiss Goodnight–that’s not necessarily a bad thing because those movies were a lot of fun.
After all, it’s not like he’s is directing movies left and right (his last was Iron Man 3 back 1993, which I enjoyed despite their treatment of the Mandarin–and I am convinced that most of the people on the Internet who were so up in arms over the way Shane Black used, or perhaps misused would be a better word, the Mandarin probably barely know who the character is.
