When I first saw the trailer for The Fearway I really liked it – what’s not to like about a mysterious black Dodge Challenger threatening a seemingly innocent couple? It’s the stuff horror movies are made of! – that is, till the trailer revealed the antagonist.

That really bugged me because when movies do that the implication is that there’s more to be unveiled and you’ve been given a taste to whet your appetite.

And while there indeed is more to The Fearway, there’s not enough that the producers can give away whole aspects of the plot.
