I like that idea that there are all sorts of movies out there–between major studios releases and more art-house fare–that there’re options no matter what your tastes happen to be.
This is a good thing because I don’t know who the audience is for Dexter Fletcher’s Rocketman though what I do know is that it’s not one I’m likely to be a part of.
I think, musically speaking, Elton John is close to brilliant though from what I know of him as a person–which admittedly is very, very little–he’s a bit too colorful for my tastes.
And speaking of Dexter Fletcher interestingly enough, he came in to complete the Queen movie, Bohemian Rhapsody after Bryan Singer decided to act as douchy as he does on a seemingly regular basis.
