Review – Hellraiser: Judgment

Gary J. Tunnicliffe’s Hellraiser: Judgment turned up yesterday on Netflix, which made me happy…

Till I realized that most of the Hellraiser sequels were pretty not good and little more than efforts by Dimension Films to hold on to the license.

Judgement is move in the right direction, but misses the mark in some pretty important ways (It’s a step-up from Hellraiser: Revelations but that’s not saying much).

If I were to rank it it would follow Hellbound: Hellraiser II (Yes, I consider the–first–sequel better that the original), Hellraiser and Hellraiser: Bloodline and tie with Hellraiser: Inferno.

That’s not too shabby but leaves a lot of room for improvement.
