I not only genuinely enjoyed Ari Aster’s Midsommar–the followup to 2018’s Hereditary–but believe it to be a genuine horror movie, as opposed to what a lot of critics will tell you.

Though I can see why people would be confused: the movie has a very documentary-type style which making nailing it down a bit difficult though if you pay attention the signs are there.
