Netflix’s Malevolent is a damn good movie for many reason, though the one I want to focus on is that it shows the horror genre to more varied and nuanced than it’s typically given credit for (something horror fans have know all along, though it’s nice to see the idea reinforced).

The movie revolves around two siblings who run a business that claims to cleanse houses of lingering spirits.

What they do is obviously a fraud, or is it?
