The trailer of Spider-Man: Far From Home dropped this morning, and it’s glorious. There’s a bit too much Iron Spider for my liking–I don’t necessarily mind an Iron Man-ized Spider-Man, but it’s not exactly my favorite thing.

That being said, we learn more about Quentin Beck, otherwise known as Mysterio, about how he came to be where he is.

Is it true though? I don’t buy it because Mysterio in the comics is a villain, and I get the feeling that he’s one here as well.

Another thing about Mysterio: In the comics he worked in special effects and was known for the over-the-top, theatrical ways he tended to use to defeat Spider-Man.

Point being, he was all about the spectacle, the show, exactly what we’re getting in this trailer.
