According to various sources the Prometheus has sailed its final voyage as Netflix has cancelled Baran Bo Odar’s 1899 after one season.

The series, revolving around a voyage of immigrants to New York, was pretty amazing by my reckoning and while similar to things we’ve seen before – The Matrix films in particular – it was done in such a way that made where it was going a complete mystery till it arrived.

This is not a good move/look for Netflix.
